**تسلسل رسائل واتساب هو مجموعة من الرسائل المبرمجة التي يتم إرسالها تلقائيًا إلى العملاء بناءً على وقت معين أو تفاعل محدد. يمكن استخدامه لإرسال سلسلة من التذكيرات، التحديثات، أو الرسائل الترويجية بهدف تعزيز التفاعل مع العملاء.**
باستخدام قائمة التسلسل في مدير بوت واتساب، تتوفر تقارير حملات التسلسل. كما يمكن تعديل حملة التسلسل من هنا.
**الوصول إلى التقارير:** لعرض تقارير حملات رسائل التسلسل، انقر على خيارات التقارير اليومية أو الساعة تحت قسم `الإجراءات` في قائمة التسلسل.
يمكن انشاء تسلل جديد عن طريق ربطه بأي زر من ازرار الشات بوت: مثال
